Do you offer a warranty and return policy?

Yes, we offer a 30 day return/full refund policy and a one year warranty on all RIVAL products!

Can items be delivered to me?

Here are the options we offer for getting you your products as soon as possible!

Local Delivery - We offer local delivery for customers within 60 miles of the following locations

  • Shelby Twp, MI
  • East Lansing, MI
  • Palatine, IL

Local Pickup - We offer local pickup at the following locations

  • Shelby Twp, MI
  • East Lansing, MI
  • Palatine, IL

Local Meetup - Located over 60 miles away from either of our three locations? No problem! We offer the option to meet our customers halfway. 

Shipping - We offer shipping on the following items, if shipping does not work for you, please contact us here!

  • Racks 
  • Benches
  • Adjustable Dumbbells
  • Bars
  • Rack Attachments

What if I have a missing piece of equipment from my order?

Please contact us  @andrew@rivalsteelfitness.com within 30 days of the sale and we will take care of it!

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us  @andrew@rivalsteelfitness.com within 30 days of the sale and we will take care of it! (refund and warranty conditions apply)

Will all RIVAL package deals fit in my vehicle?

All RIVAL packages will fit within any normal Size SUV (as long as the seats fold down)

Full Size vans, Pickup Trucks, Large SUVs, and box trucks are also sufficient for hauling RIVAL package deals 

NOTE - Bring straps just in case items needed to be strapped down!
