Refund policy
At RIVAL STEEL Fitness we are committed to providing you with high-quality gym equipment and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to initiate a return, exchange, or request a refund. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for processing returns for purchases made through our platform. You may exchange or return a new, unused item within 30 days of the original purchase.
Return Process:
1) To initiate a return request, please login to your shop account.
2) Click Return request
3) RIVAL STEEL will then confirm or deny the request!
If you have trouble requesting a return, please contact us via email andrew@rivalsteelfitness.com within 30 days of purchasing the product.
Refund Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, including all accessories and documentation, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Your return will be subject to approval once we receive the return.
- Customers are responsible for using the correct shipping address during checkout
- RIVAL STEEL Fitness reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately once posted on our website.
Returns - Local Pickup Purchase

The buyer must bring all items back to the original local pickup location (all else applies)
Returns - Local Meetup Purchase

The buyer must bring all items back to the original Point of Sale (POS) meetup location (all else applies)
Returns - Local Delivery Purchase

RIVAL STEEL will come to the original local delivery location and grab the returnable equipment (all else applies)
Returns - Shipping Purchase

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item or items in full, back to the seller (all else applies)
Customer Enters Wrong Shipping Address
- Please contact us immediately. We will attempt to change the delivery address before a tracking number is provided. Please note, additional shipping costs may be required during an address change.
- If the customer enters the wrong shipping address and the tracking number is already provided, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to the sender.
- If all items are returned to the Seller in eligible condition, the buyer may be eligible for a refund on the purchase of the product(s) only (not shipping costs).
Non-refundable Situations
- Not notifying RIVAL STEEL Fitness of any potential issues within 30 days of original purchase.
- Damage caused by any misuse or buyer installation error
- Damage caused by customer dismantling or man-made damage
- The product has major scratches, serious wear/damage, serious dents, and tears in padding from buyer installation error.
