Refund policy

At RIVAL STEEL Fitness we are committed to providing you with high-quality gym equipment and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to initiate a return, exchange, or request a refund. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for processing returns for purchases made through our platform. You may exchange or return a new, unused item within 30 days of the original purchase.

Return Process:

1) To initiate a return request, please login to your shop account.

2) Click Return request 

3) RIVAL STEEL will then confirm or deny the request!

If you have trouble requesting a return, please contact us via email andrew@rivalsteelfitness.com within 30 days of purchasing the product. 

Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, including all accessories and documentation, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Your return will be subject to approval once we receive the return.
  • Customers are responsible for using the correct shipping address during checkout
  • RIVAL STEEL Fitness reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately once posted on our website.

Returns - Local Pickup Purchase

  • The buyer must bring all items back to the original local pickup location (all else applies)

Returns - Local Meetup Purchase

  • The buyer must bring all items back to the original Point of Sale (POS) meetup location (all else applies)

Returns - Local Delivery Purchase

  • RIVAL STEEL will come to the original local delivery location and grab the returnable equipment (all else applies)

Returns - Shipping Purchase

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item or items in full, back to the seller (all else applies)

Customer Enters Wrong Shipping Address

  • Please contact us immediately. We will attempt to change the delivery address before a tracking number is provided. Please note, additional shipping costs may be required during an address change.
  • If the customer enters the wrong shipping address and the tracking number is already provided, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to the sender.
  • If all items are returned to the Seller in eligible condition, the buyer may be eligible for a refund on the purchase of the product(s) only (not shipping costs).

Non-refundable Situations

  • Not notifying RIVAL STEEL Fitness of any potential issues within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Damage caused by any misuse or buyer installation error
  • Damage caused by customer dismantling or man-made damage
  • The product has major scratches, serious wear/damage, serious dents, and tears in padding from buyer installation error.
